Refund policy

All of our pieces are handmade and are “one of a kind.” We hope you love our creations, just as much as we enjoy designing/constructing them. If there is an issue with your purchase, please feel free to contact us at info@rubyandrevival.com.

All returns are at our sole discretion. We do not offer refunds. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You can receive a store credit (minus shipping charges) within 21 days of receiving your items if it arrives broken/breaks during that time.

To apply for this credit, you can contact us at info@rubyandrevival.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, alongside instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A refund/store credit will only be issued once the original item(s) has been received by our team. Requests for a store credit will not be accepted after 21 days.


 

Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued a store credit via gift card. Please remember it can take some time for processing.

 

Repairs
Most of our pieces are made with semi-precious stones, crystal, glass etc. so please take good care of them.

In the spirit of “reviving,” if you do encounter breakage from regular use, please email us so we can help bring new life to your one of a kind piece.

Ruby & Revival Studio will cover the cost of repair attributed to normal wear for the first two months (60 days) after purchase. However, if your piece shows visible signs of improper care, or is severely damaged by any means, our team will repair the piece at cost. Labour charges may apply for more intensive repairs.

Prior to performing any repairs, you will be informed of any additionals costs (if applicable), for approval.

Please note: in cases of repair, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. It is recommended that you ship items via tracked shipping methods, as Ruby & Revival Studio is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. We will only accept shipments via Canada Post & USPS services.
