Shipping policy


Thank you for shopping small and supporting Canadian made!

 

We currently offer the following delivery options:

  • Flat rate local delivery (within Burlington, ON)
  • Shipping within Canada via Canada Post (tracked packet only)
  • Shipping to the Continental United States via Canada Post/USPS (tracked packet only)
  • Shipping internationally (to select countries) via Canada Post and other local delivery services (tracked packet only)


Order Processing Time

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to organize, process and ship from our studio.

Estimated shipping times are in addition to the aforementioned processing times.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding long weekends and select holidays.

 

Flat Rate Local Delivery

At check-out, please choose “Local Delivery” for a $5 flat rate.

You can expect your order to be dropped off to you within 1 to 3 business days, after your order has been fulfilled (current order assembly is 1 to 3 business days). 

You will receive an e-mail the day of delivery. Please ensure you include the correct e-mail address you wish to receive this correspondence, at time of checkout.

If selecting this option, please ensure there is a safe place to leave your package (in a discreet, dry place).

If there is not a safe place to leave your order and you are not home to receive it, your order will come back to the studio, and will be re-shipped at a later date for an additional cost.

 

Shipping within Canada

We offer Canada-wide flat rate shipping for $15. Additional surcharges may apply to hard-to-reach destinations that are remote or for oversized orders.

Shipping is free for orders $150+.

Charges for Priority shipping is calculated at checkout.

You will receive a confirmation once your package has shipped. All orders are shipped with tracking and sometimes with "signature required", depending on the value of your order.

Please track your order carefully and provide a safe place for couriers to leave your package. 

  

Shipping to the USA

All US orders will be shipped by Trackable Parcel. Shipping standards and rates are available at checkout.

You will receive a confirmation once your package has shipped.

Duties (if applicable):

All customs/duties are the sole responsibility of the receiver. Please keep this in mind if you are gifting an item across the border.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and therefore cannot estimate or confirm what might be charged.

If you/the receiver declines to pay these duties/taxes that are due to the carrier upon delivery of the order, the package will be considered abandoned or destroyed. Ruby & Revival Studio will not issue a store credit, refund or replacement shipment for this loss.

 

International Shipping (Europe, Australia, Mexico)

All International orders will be shipped by Trackable Parcel. Shipping standards and rates are available at checkout.

You will receive a confirmation once your package has shipped.

Curbside Pickups:

We are not currently offering curbside pickup, but will consider it on a case-by-case basis. Please e-mail info@rubyandrevival.com should you wish to inquire about this.

 

Ruby & Revival Studio shall not be held responsible for the following:

  • Misdeliveries due to incorrect customer shipping addresses (as provided by the buyer):
It is your responsibility to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly.  It is also important that our customers provide a secure address where the shipment can be delivered without complications. 

If you realize you made a mistake with your order entry, please contact us immediately at info@rubyandrevival.com.
  • Shipper delays due to severe weather/unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customs/duties for out of country deliveries.
  • Lost shipments sent to forwarding services or other companies as a forwarding address:
If you choose to use a forwarding service, it is your responsibility to contact them regarding any issues or to locate your shipment.

  • Packages marked as delivered by the courier but were not received:
Please track your packages carefully. If your package has been marked as delivered but is missing, please check with members of your community to see if someone may have received it for you.

Ruby & Revival Studio will not claim responsibility for the loss of a package that is marked as delivered. In this situation, we recommend you contact the courier to further explore your options and/or file a police report.

  • Missed deliveries resulting in the package being returned to our studio:
Canada Post will leave a notice card identifying the post office/location where you can retrieve your package, if the item could not be delivered as expected.

If you do not do so within the time frame specified, the package may be returned to our studio. Should this happen, we are can reship for an additional cost.
