Shipping policy

 

Thank you for shopping small and supporting Canadian-made!

We currently offer the following delivery options:

  • Flat rate local delivery (within Burlington, ON)
  • Shipping within Canada via Canada Post (tracked packet only)
  • Shipping Worldwide via Canada Post/DHL (tracked packet only)

 

Order Processing Time

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to organize, process, and ship from our studio.

Estimated shipping times are in addition to the aforementioned processing times.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding long weekends and select holidays.

 

Flat Rate Local Delivery (Burlington ONLY)

At checkout, please choose “Local Delivery” for a $5 flat rate.

You can expect your order to be dropped off within 1-3 business days after your order has been fulfilled (current order assembly takes 1-3 business days). 

You will receive an e-mail the day of delivery.

If selecting this option, please ensure there is a safe place to leave your package (in a discreet, dry location).

If there isn’t a safe place to leave your order and you are not home to receive it, your order will return to the studio, and will be reshipped at a later date for an additional cost.

Curbside Pickups:

We are not currently offering curbside pickup, but may consider it on a case-by-case basis. Please e-mail info@rubyandrevival.com if you would like to inquire.

 

Shipping within Canada

Shipping ranges from $10-$20+, depending on the delivery address.

Surcharges may apply to remote destinations or for oversized orders.

Shipping is free if your subtotal is more than $150.

You will receive a confirmation once your package has shipped. All orders are shipped with tracking and may required a signature depending on the order value.

Please track your order carefully and provide a safe place for couriers to leave your package (in response to Canada Post’s no-interaction policies).

  

Shipping to the USA

At this time, we are not shipping to the U.S. due to tariffs. We hope to resume shipping if circumstances change - please check back for updates.

 

Shipping Internationally

We ship internationally via Canada Post, DHL or FedEX, with tracking and signature included. Shipping costs vary depending on destination and package size.

Ruby & Revival Studio - Shipping & Delivery Responsibilities

While we do our best to ensure your treasures arrive safely, Ruby & Revival Studio cannot be held responsible for the following:

1. Incorrect shipping addresses

It is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address when placing your order.  Please provide a secure location where your package can be safely delivered, free from complications. 

If you realize you made a mistake with your order entry, please contact us immediately at info@rubyandrevival.com.

2. Shipper delays

Delays cause by severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances are out of our control.

3. Customs/duties

For international orders, any customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Forwarding services

If you choose to use a forwarding service, it is your responsibility to contact them regarding any issues (shipment delays) or to locate your shipment (lost packages).

5. Packages marked as delivered but not received 

Please track your packages carefully. If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours or members of your household first to see if someone may have received it for you. We recommend contacting the courier directly to track your shipment or file a report.

Ruby & Revival Studio cannot assume responsibility for packages once they are marked as delivered.

6. Missed deliveries returned to our studio

Canada Post/FedEx will leave a notice card with pickup details if a delivery is missed, including the post office location and retrieval times.

If the package is not picked up within the specified timeframe, it may be returned to our studio. In such cases, we can reship your order for an additional cost, or offer a refund for the product price only.
